We can produce castings ranging from 5 kg up to 150 kg per piece, depending on the design complexity and molding line requirements.

Developing new pattern tooling and preparing first-article samples takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks, followed by sample inspection and approval.

Our standard sand castings achieve ISO 8062-3 Grade DCTG 8 to DCTG 10 tolerances. Fully machined components are held to the tight drawing tolerances specified by the customer, often down to ±0.01 mm.
