We cast standard Gray Iron (e.g., EN-GJL-150, 200, 250, 300 / ASTM A48 Class 25, 30, 35, 40) and Ductile Iron / Spheroidal Graphite Iron (e.g., EN-GJS-400-15, 500-7, 600-3 / ASTM A536 Grade 65-45-12, 80-55-06, 100-70-03). Custom chemical alloying runs are available on engineering review.

Yes, every dispatch is accompanied by standard BS EN 10204 3.1 material test certificates documenting spectrometer chemical composition, physical tensile test bars results, hardness ratings, and SG nodularity counts. Non-destructive test reports (UT, MPI) are supplied on demand.

Our design team works natively with 3D CAD platforms. We accept 3D step file formats (.step, .stp), IGES (.iges, .igs), and Parasolid (.x_t) files, along with 2D drawings in PDF or DWG formats for tolerances and machining dimensions.

Standard pattern tooling and casting samples approval takes 3 to 4 weeks. Once sample layouts are approved, production casting batches are shipped in 4 to 6 weeks, depending on final VMC machining requirements and container freight timelines.
