We primarily use Mundra Port (Gujarat, India), which is one of the largest and most advanced container ports in India, located approximately 6 hours by road from our Rajkot foundry. We also utilize Pipavav Port when required.
Sea transit from Mundra Port to major European ports (e.g., Genoa, Hamburg, Valencia) takes approximately 20 to 25 days. Transit to the US East Coast takes about 30 to 35 days, and to the US West Coast is around 40 to 45 days.
All castings undergo a rigorous rust-prevention protocol: they are thoroughly dried, coated with premium rust-preventative oil, wrapped in heavy-duty Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) bags, and packed with silica gel desiccants inside heat-treated wooden crates.
Yes, our logistics desk coordinates with international freight forwarders to manage import customs clearance, duty payments, and local haulage. We support various Incoterms including FOB, CIF, DAP, and DDP.
