1991
Foundation & Initial Melt
Established as a domestic casting unit in Rajkot, Gujarat. Focused on manual sand castings for agricultural pump components with a single cupola furnace.
2002
Induction Furnace Induction
Transitioned from cupola to electric induction melting, significantly improving metallurgical control and introducing Ductile S.G. Iron grades to our product portfolio.
2010
Entering Export Markets
Completed our first international OEM supply contract for European valve manufacturers. Awarded ISO 9001:2008 certification for quality systems.
2018
High-Pressure Molding Line
Commissioned our automated high-pressure green sand molding line. Melt capacity reached 15,000 Metric Tons per annum to secure automotive contracts.
2024
Precision Machined Casting Focus
Expanded our in-house machine shop with vertical machining centers (VMC) and CNC lathes, offering fully finished, ready-to-assemble valve casings and hubs.
